Who we are
These terms apply to orders placed at adonipet.com. Please read them before you order.
Adonipet is run by Thiago Rosa, an individual trader based in Brazil.

Orders, prices and delivery
Your order. When you place an order, we’ll email you an order confirmation, which means we’ve accepted your order. If we can’t supply an item, for example because it’s out of stock, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include delivery to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. You pay when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders worth more than £135 may be charged UK import VAT and customs duty on delivery.
Delivery. We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. We don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Cancelling and returning. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is paid by you. See Shipping & Returns for how to cancel.
Faulty items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you, and you won’t pay any postage. This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Other important terms
Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen may look slightly different in real life. Always supervise your pet with new toys and accessories, and remove any item that becomes damaged.
Reviews. Reviews on our site come from customers who bought from us. We don’t pay for reviews, and we publish negative reviews as well as positive ones. We only remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful or not about the product.
Our responsibility to you. If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
