What we collect and why
What we collect. Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and messages when you order or contact us; what you bought, when and how much you paid; and information about how you use our site, collected with cookies (see Cookies below). Payment details are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it. To process and deliver your order, because we need to in order to fulfil our contract with you; to answer your questions and handle returns; to keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it; to send you emails about offers and new products, only if you’ve signed up (you can unsubscribe at any time); and to measure our site and show you relevant ads, only if you accept those cookies.
Who we share it with
We only share what’s needed for each purpose:
– Our suppliers and their delivery companies, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can send your order.
– Wix, which hosts our website and store, and DSers, the app we use to manage orders.
– Our payment providers, to take your payment.
– Usercentrics, which manages your cookie choices.
– Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept advertising cookies.
We never sell your personal data.
Where your data goes. We’re based in Brazil and most of our suppliers are in China, so your data is processed outside the UK. Our service providers may also process it in other countries.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons, and then delete them. If you sign up to our emails, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
Your rights and cookies
Your rights. Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you or to another company. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email whorgg@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies. We use essential cookies to make the site and checkout work. We only use analytics and advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy settings button on our site.
