Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, and delivery is free on every order. We don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days of being placed.
Our products ship from partner warehouses overseas, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, on different days.
Where tracking is available, we’ll email it to you once your order has shipped.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, email us at whorgg@gmail.com and we’ll look into it. If it still hasn’t arrived 30 days after you ordered, our money-back guarantee applies (see below).
Orders worth more than £135 may be charged UK import VAT and customs duty on delivery.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives. You can also cancel before your order arrives.
1. Tell us you want to cancel by emailing whorgg@gmail.com with your order number, or by sending us the cancellation form below.
2. We’ll reply with the address to send the item back to. Please return it within 14 days of telling us.
3. Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
5. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you’ve sent it, if that’s sooner. If you cancel before your order has shipped, we’ll refund you within 14 days of you telling us. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Money-back guarantee
You’ll get a full refund – or a replacement, if you prefer – if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, or if it arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described and you tell us within 30 days of delivery. You won’t pay any postage.
Just email us at whorgg@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo, if there’s a problem with the item). This guarantee doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
