Returns: Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items. Return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty or wrong item? We'll put it right at no cost to you.
Money-back guarantee: If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you ordered, or it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described (tell us within 30 days of delivery), we'll refund you in full or replace it, with no postage cost to you. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
